We deliver our outdoor stables on the basis that the customer must provide a complete foundation. This foundation, which must be level in the places where walls are to be placed, is where we construct the stable.
We start by setting up the steel skeleton. When this frame is properly in place, we start placing the roof trusses, supporting a layer of beams. The roof and, if ordered, roof insulation are attached on top of these beams.
When the roof has been added, the hardwood is slid into the frames. However, the last plank must be fitted to size in order to allow for an exact fill.
After filling the wall skeleton with wood, adjusting the doors and preparing the water and electrics installations work (water and electrics under responsibility of the owner), it is time to welcome your horse in its new stable.
The pictures illustrate the various phases of construction.
